THEY CALL ME MOMMY

surviving motherhood, one day at a time

I'm Elizabeth, but these days I'm mostly known as Mommy, or Moooooommmm (cue whiny screaming toddler voice). I used to have an identity outside of motherhood, but after having four kids in four years, I am in a daily struggle to reclaim it. I use humor (and sobbing in my bathroom) as a coping mechanism.

Thank you for sharing in my journey. I hope you know that you are a good parent, this stuff is just really hard.
